Open house - MSD

Malaysian Hall buat open house at a dewan (which I cant remember the name). It can only fit 600 people at a time, so we had to makan cepat2, amik gambar cepat2 and leave. Not enough space maa.....there were so many people. The sultan of Pahang was there also. Met quite a lot of people from back home. My schoolmate, my tuitionmate, my Subang frens etc. It was fun to see everyone

Our open house
|

Venue: 45, St Pauls Close
Time: 4.30pm - 9.30pm (but our first guest arrived at 7pm+)
It was fun  , when all the guests started to arrive that is. Compensate the lousy day I had yesterday. We ordered nasi tomato, acar & ayam masak merah, roti jala & kari ayam (yang sedap giler) and cucur udang. And we already had nasi impit & rendang daging. Then we goreng kuey tiow and popia. We also made tiramisu & chocolate cake for dessert. It was nice to celebrate raya with lotsa friends since my family is back home (celebrating raya in Dungun, dengki dengki....hehehe).

Selamat Hari Raya!!

On raya eve, we all berkumpul at Didie's house to main bunga api. It was raining but armed with 2 payungs we went on to main bunga api jugak on the balcony. Hahaha. Not as much fun as M'sia, but at least it wasn't bleak. Hence big smiles  on everyone's face!
But 1st day of raya sucks though. I didnt go sembahyang raya cos I had class  . Rose had class as well. We didnt eat lunch in college. We just stayed hungry till we got home. At home we quickly masak nasi lemak (hey, far much better than my original plan of fried sausages)! Hehehe.
Anyway, I hope that everyone else had a great raya. So here's me wishing everyone....

Halloween

Happy Halloween!!!!
We put on the 'trick or trick' sign in our front garden. The kids from the neighbourhood came knocking. Some were cute & some were scary scary!  Hehehehe. We snapped some pictures, yang mana sempat laa. Me & Rose got witch hats for ourselves. But at the end of the day, the chocolates & sweets tak habis pun. So I guess it's up to the both of us to finish it (tambah la berat badan).

buka puasa @ didie intan's

Didie had us over for buka puasa. She made gulai lemak ayam, kari, sayur & ayam goreng yg sedap giler. Got rendang daging also. Sangat sedap.....tapi didie tak masak la rendang tuh. Hehehehe. While the boys main PS2, the girls amik la gambar. And kena la amik kat dapur kan? Oh well. It was a nice dinner.

buka puasa

Rini & Ana came over for buka puasa at our place. Me & Rose masak gulai lemak ayam, ikan deep fried, udang tempura & oyster vege. All from scratch. So we're pretty proud of ourselves hehehehe. Oh, we also had sambal belacan, sambal ikan bilis & ikan masin. Yup the dinner was truly malaysian. And for dessert we had apple & peach crumble with ice cream. We forgot to snap pics of our hasil kerja keras though. Never mind.....guess have to cook again next time

London Zoo
The zoo is really big. It's at Regent's Park. But it wasnt all that impressive. I dunno, probably the gloomy weather made it look so duh. But we were able to catch a few shows, including the birds & the penguins shows. During the bird show, eagles were flying on top of our heads. Quite a thrill. And the penguins were really cute. Hmmm.....but overall....it was ok la. Maybe cos I'm all grown up so didnt enjoy it much.

Aaraf's day out 1

London Aquarium
It was ok la. Not too bad but not splendid either. The tanks were freaking big. And we spent most of the time looking at the sharks (aaraf & me especially....hehe). I had most fun masa kat touch pool, where u can touch the sting rays. Banyak sangat, they were floating about. When i touched them they felt soooo lembik like jelly. Kak Nawal says the aquarium at the KLCC convention center is way cooler. So when i get back I'm gonna drag watai to go with me.
London Eye
It was damn big. It took about 45minutes, i think, to finish a whole round. But the view was breathtaking. Very very nice.

Me & Rose went to Alton Towers......just the 2 of us. Well it's so hard to kumpul people at the same time. So we decided, "lets just go". And it was sooooo much fun!!!! All the rides were cool! Adrenaline rush definitely. We were having so much fun we didnt remember to snap much pictures. I'd love to go again
